That this is an application for quashing the Order dated 14.11.17 passed in Cr. Revision No.614 of 2013 by the learned Fast Track Court-II, Samastipur and also quashing the order dated 12.9.13 passed in C.R.

No.927/2013, T.R. No. 2683/2013 passed by Kumar Risikesh, the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Samastipur by which cognizance has been taken U/S 406, 417 of the I.P.C. and U/S 138 of the N.I. Act against the petitioner and he

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to raise all the issues raised in the present petition, before the learned trial Court, at an appropriate stage.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
