1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners have renewed their prayer for regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 495 / 2024 arising out of Dehri (Muff.) P.S. Case No. 73 / 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 304(B) / 34 of the I.P.C.
3. The prosecution case as per the first information report is that on 09.05.2024 at about 9:45 P.M. the informant's son Deepak Kumar received information from village Pahleja that the daughter of the informant has hanged herself in her matrimonial home. When the informant along with her son and other villagers reached the 'sasural' of her daughter, she saw her daughter hanging from the hook of the fan. It has further been

No.74125 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/3 alleged that when the son of the informant went to meet the deceased on the same day at 12 O' Clock, the in-laws of the deceased abused him and did not allow him to meet the deceased. It has also been alleged that soon after the marriage in the year 2021, the husband of the deceased along with other family members used to torture the deceased for dowry due to which the deceased was in tension and committed suicide.
4. The bail application of the petitioners was earlier rejected on 06.03.2025 on merit vide Cr. Misc. No. 16284 / 2025 granting liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after completion of six months if the trial does not show any progress.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case with ulterior motive. He further submits that the petitioner nos. 1 & 2 are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that the petitioners are separate in mess and property and they have no concern with the day to day life of the deceased and / or her husband. He also submits that the husband of the deceased is behind bars. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 29.10.2024.
6. Regard being had to the submissions made by the parties,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74125 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 3/3 taking into consideration the fact that this is second attempt for regular bail on behalf of the petitioners, who are in custody since 29.10.2024 , accordingly, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge 5, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with S.Tr. No. 495 / 2024 arising out of Dehri (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 73 / 2024.
