The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
