Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Turkaulia/Banjariya P.S.Case No.470 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has pressurized the husband of the informant to work as Acting Headmaster and he has handed over the work, due to which he has committed suicide.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation appears to be improbable as the husband of the informant has committed suicide.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.67190 of 2019(5) dt.10-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, East Champaran , Motihari in connection with Turkaulia/Banjariya P.S.Case No.470 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
