2. It has been submitted that though petitioner had been put on debarment list for delay in execution of work with respect to four items of the contract, but later the department having come to know that the work could

3. No lis, thus, remains to be decided by this Court.
4. The petition has become infructuous.
5. However, Mr. Ranjan, learned Advocate for the petitioner has submitted that he has filed an application before the concerned authority for closure of the contract, which application shall be considered by the concerned authority with reasons.
6. This petition stands disposed off with the afore-noted observation.
