JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 580 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 193 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has filed a quashing application being Cr.Misc.No. 48336 of 2019 before this Court in which protection was given to the petitioner, as such he prayed for listing of the case after disposal of the above case.

However, I am not inclined to keep the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81032 of 2019(3) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 pending. As such, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move again before this Court as and when such occasion arises.
