2. As per the present petition, the challenge was to the letter no. 1393-2 dated 24.11.2016 issued by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Supaul (Annexure-10 to the petition). However, on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was incorporated as the District Magistrate-cumCollector, Saharsa.

3. Accordingly, the modification petition has been filed.

4. Considering the averments made, the modification petition (MJC No. 3200 of 2023) is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

5. Let the paragraph no. 23 of the order dated 19.09.2023 in CWJC No. 2728 of 2018 be modified to the following extent:- "23. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the order is question i.e. memo no. 1393-2 dated 24.11.2016 issued by the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Supaul (Annexure 10 to the petition) stands quashed."

6. The present petition (MJC No. 3200 of 2023) stands disposed of.
