JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction for quashing the order dated 21.02.2023 passed by Collector, Saharsa in Anganbadi Appeal No. 09/2021 in which learned Collector has set aside the order dated 12.01.2021 passed by District Programme Officer, Saharsa, in Anganwadi Case No. 124/2019 whereby he had rejected the complain of private respondent.

That the petitioner further prays for issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction for quashing the order dated 11.09.2023 passed in Anganwadi Revision Case No. 84/2023 by Commissioner, Koshi Division Saharsa, whereby and whereunder he has dismissed the revision case as not maintainable."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
