Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a)/26 of the Arms Act.

One country-made loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 14.12.2017.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in
