2. The present application has been filed for restoration of MJC No.1194 of 2023 which was dismissed due to non-compliance of order dated 22.09.2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court MJC No.3201 of 2023(4) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 compliance was relating to filing the certified copy of the order under contempt within two weeks, but it could be filed after the said period due to miscalculation of period and the order under contempt could not be complied within time. Counsel submits that such mistake shall not take place in future.

4. In the light of the submissions made, the grounds mentioned in the petition is hereby accepted and M.J.C. No.1194 of 2023 is directed to be restored to its original file subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/- in the account of Advocates' Association.
