2. The petitioner in the present writ application has claimed the following reliefs:
"(i) For the issuance of a writ of mandamus, and/or any other writ/direction/order commanding the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18094 of 2025(2) dt.12-11-2025 2/3 respondent No.7 and 9 to grant the petitioner Time Bound Promotion to the post of Reader w.e.f. 6.1.1994 under the Time Bound Promotion Scheme.
(ii) For the issuance of a writ of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ /direction /order commanding the respondents to immediately pay to the petitioner all the financial benefits (including arrears) resulting from the grant of Time Bound Promotion."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that for the aforesaid relief the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 19.11.2024 before the Vice-Chancellor, Munger University, Munger, which continues to be pending till date. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued by this Court directing the Vice-Chancellor, Munger University, Munger to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2024 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a fixed time frame.
4. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for Munger University, learned counsel for Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University and learned counsel for the respondents-State do not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed of directing the Vice-Chancellor, Munger University, Munger to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2024 (Annexure-P/8) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed by the Vice-Chancellor, Munger University, Munger within six months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of. Pending I.As, if any will be deemed to have been disposed of.
