2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 326, 354(b), 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, while the informant was at her tea shop, these petitioners tried to outrage her modesty.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Both parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, a simple verbal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79344 of 2024(3) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 quarrel took place and taking advantage of the situation, this false and concocted case has been lodged. There is no allegation of assault against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Sakri P. S. Case No. 96 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
