Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that allegation is not against these petitioners but against the father of the petitioners about the alleged overt act. He submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the submission of the counsel for the petitioners that father of the petitioners has played main role in the instant case, let the petitioners, named above, in the event
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54566 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, District-Gaya, in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 43 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
