JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2020 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail, however, prays for a direction upon the learned court below to decide the regular bail petition of the petitioner on the very same day.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Agiaon (Garahani) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2019 pending before the learned court of A.C.J.M.-XI, Ara, the concerned court below shall make endeavours to dispose of the case of the petitioner for grant of regular bail on the very same day without being prejudiced by the present order.
