That, this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate Writ / Writs, order / orders, direction /directions in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the Respondent authorities specially Respondents No.7 & 8 to make proper Enquiry by concerned Higher Officials and to take further steps against the Respondent No. 9 who in connivance

Patna High Court CWJC No.17599 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 with Respondent No 10, is illegally withdrawing her salary by making forged signature and without attending the school where the Respondent No.9 was posted i.e. Primary School, Nonfura, Jorapura, Block: Patori, District: Samastipur, due to the act of Respondent No.9, the State Exchequer is suffering with huge financial loss and even the student's study is also at stake and suffering irreparable loss and be further pleased to pass such other order/orders in the facts and circumstances of this case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
