Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 7404 of 2019 arising out of Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 542 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 37(b) and 37(c) the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized article. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2019.

Case No. 542 of 2019.
