2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gogari (Paura) P.S. Case No. 524 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 427 and 34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 13.12.2017 by the informant, Vinay Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while he was going to see is field alongwith fertilizer, the accused came and opened fire, as he escaped they looted the fertilizer and damaged the motorcycle. Accordingly the FIR.

4. A perusal of the FIR would show that the same has been lodged in the year 2017 and seven years later the petitioner has chosen to come before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

6. However, if the petitioner surrender within a period of four weeks from today, the Court concerned shall take up the matter and dispose of the same preferably on the same day. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U T
