This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No.46 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 452, 376 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim has been rapped by the petitioner on the gun point. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2023. 4.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail for the present. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
