The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamganj PS case no. 468 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 354(A), 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and 8/12 of POCSO Act.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner and one other co-accused having caught the hand of the victim girl when she was returning from school and the petitioner is said to have misbehaved with her.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, nonetheless the fact is that a compromise has already taken place in between the parties. The petitioner is said to be having

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-1-cum Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Alamganj PS case no. 468 of 2019.
