2. The petitioners in the present case are seeking a direction for their regularisation/absorption as Lecturer under the college in question. They have filed their writ application raising a question of parity with similarly situated like Prof. Shambhu Nath Prasad, Lecturer (Psychology), Prof. Surendra Kumar Yadav,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2207 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 Lecturer (Geography), Dr. Rupesh Kumar Singh, Lecturer (AIH & C), Prof. Subodh Kumar, Lecturer (Music-said to be pending). They have further prayed for a direction to the respondents to consider their case in view of the order dated 13.05.2015 passed in CWJC No. 5030 of 2015 (Dr. Prabhakar Prasad Singh & Others versus The State of Bihar & Others) and the order dated 18.02.2020 passed in CWJC No. 8031 of 2018 (Ramsundar Choudhary & Others versus The State of Bihar & Others).

3. On perusal of the writ application, it appears that the petitioners have submitted Annexure '5' to the Registrar, J.P. University.

4. Having regard to the kind of statements made in the writ application, without entering into the merit of the case, this Court directs the Registrar, J.P. University, Chapra (respondent no.

4) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and either consider the representation (Annexure '5') or place it before the competent authority so that it may be considered and appropriate order be passed thereon within a period of six weeks from today.
