2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109, 76, 303(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and later on, Section 103 of the B.N.S. was added.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on 30.03.2025, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, assaulted and tried to outrage the modesty of informant and when her family members came to save her, they were also assaulted due to which, they sustained injuries and during course of treatment, brother-in-law of informant died.

4. It is submitted by learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. From bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that this petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased. It is only alleged that this petitioner, along with co-accused Md. Safik and Md. Parwej, assaulted husband of informant with iron rod. Doctor has found the injuries, sustained by husband of informant, as simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of injuries allegedly caused by this petitioner and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Ghurna P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025,
