2. This is the third attempt of the appellant to approach before this Court for bail. Earlier, vide order dated 28.10.2021 and 25.01.2023 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.2853 of 2021 and Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.3889 of 2022 respectively, the prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected.

3. Vide order dated 08.12.2023, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report dated 22.12.2023 has been sent by the learned Special Judge SC/ST Act, Saran at Chapra. In his report, the learned Judge has, inter alia, stated that the trial may

4. Considering the report aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby once again rejected.
