2. Learned counsel for the petitioner filed an objection petition dated 03.07.2024 with respect to the acquisition of her land which has not been decided till date. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 4, District Land Acquisition Officer, Samastipur,

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case may be disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 4, District Land Acquisition Officer, Samastipur to dispose of the pending objection petition of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.
