BAJANTHRI) Date : 16-01-2024 Pursuant to our order dated 04.12.2023 passed in L.P.A No. 1355 of 2019, counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 5,6 & 9 have filed in which they have agreed to give quietus to the litigation. They have prepared to settle the score while paying a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five lakh) to the appellant and the same is taken note off. The concerned respondent are hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Five lakh) to the appellant within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order failing which the appellant is entitled to interest at the rate of six per cent per annum from the date of filing of L.P.A, accordingly, L.P.A. stands disposed off. To the above effect order of the learned single Judge stands modified.

2. The appellant is hereby directed to furnish undertaking in respect of giving quietus to the litigation
