2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the F.I.R., that the petitioner enclosed the forged document at the time of her appointment in the Panchayat teacher in 2019-2020.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that nor she was appointed as a teacher nor she had withdrawn any salary. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77929 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail.
6. In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 269 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Ranjeet/- U T
