The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail custody since 27.07.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
