2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 07.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82877 of 2023.

3. Earlier the relief was granted to the petitioner on 07.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 82877 of 2023 and he was surrender within a period of four weeks. Once later, Cr Misc. No. 70850 of 2023 was filed which was disposed of on 27.09.2024 granting him further two weeks time to surrender subject to payment of Rs. 1000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Begusarai. Even then the petitioner chose not to
