2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party No. 2 vide order dated 11.07.2018 passed by a Learned Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31686/ 2018 arising out of Dumariaghat P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018, registered under Section 364(A) of the I.P.C. and later on Sections 364(A), 302, 201, 120(B) of I.P.C. were added subsequently.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that O.P. No. 2 killed his child and demanded Rs. 10,00,000/- as ransom.
4. In view of the above, this Court does not finds any
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63531 of 2018(6) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 illegality in the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed.
5. The learned Trial Judge, East Champaran, is directed to dispose of Sessions Trial Case No. 770 of 2018 by conducting day-to-day proceedings, in accordance with law, and to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.
6. The learned Trial Judge shall not await any further orders unless a stay is granted by a superior court and he will file a compliance report in this Court after six months.
7. Let a copy of this order be communicated through Fax or e-mail to the Principal District Judge, East Champaran for its compliance.
