2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Rampur Chauram P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.04.2023 passed in

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.
