The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chhapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 341, 342, 323, 353, 427, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is that they disappeared with two answers sheets of P.G. Examination. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the aforesaid fact , let the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53964 of 2018(3) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of Learned C.J.M., Saran at Chhapra in connection with Chhapra Muffasil, P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 Cr.P.C. as also on the conditions that both bailors should be family members of the petitioners.
