Petitioner filed this writ petition for directing the respondent authority to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of circulars as contained in Memo No.622 dated 16.02.2012 and Memo No.3834 dated 24.08.2018. Having considered the submissions and the prayer of the petitioner, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Madhepura to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the aforesaid circulars issued by the Director, I.C.D.S., Bihar within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
