2. Petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 126(2), 308(4), 324(5), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner along with the other co-accused person have threatened to kill the informant and demanded five percent amount of all the schemes as Rangdari on gun point and they have also abused the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that there is no mention of any specific

He next submits that name of the petitioner has been dragged in this case due to dirty village politics. He next submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2025 and has got only one criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for Regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S.
