2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 309 of 2023 arising out of Bheldi P.S. Case No. 02 of 2022 instituted for the offence u/s 363, 365, 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 6.2.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49454 of 2022 with a direction to expedite the trial.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 21.12.2023 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the case is fixed for adducing prosecution evidence and the trial is likely to be concluded within six months.

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.

7. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of six months, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) amandeep/- U
