The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order passed by the Commissioner, Patna Division Patna-cum-

Patna High Court CWJC No.134 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 Arbitrator under the N.H. Act.

Any order passed by the Arbitrator is appealable under the Act as has already been held by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of Project Director, National Highway Authority vs. Md. Gufran Alam, reported in 2014 (1) PLJR 207 in L.P.A. No.1289 of 2011.

In this view of the fact, this writ petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the appropriate authority within 30 days from the date of this order.
