JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Siyaram Sahi, submits that the outstanding retiral dues, to which the petitioner was / is entitled at the moment, has already been paid, however, the petitioner seeks liberty to agitate his grievances regarding payment of the balance amount of 10% pension and gratuity, after disposal of the pending criminal case.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with
