Petitioner is accused in connection with Singheswar P.S. Case No. 180 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 30.07.2019.
