The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife of this petitioner died after fifteen years of her marriage in Kolkata.

Submission is that she died of illness and after death her body was carried to Jamui after giving information to the Police at Kolkata. In Jamui the postmortem was performed. The Doctor has not found any apparent reason of death. Considering the entire facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64183 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Chakai Police Station Case No.151 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
