Earlier twice, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected. Lastly, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 29.09.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 45115 of 2021. The trial court report reveals that the case is still pending for framing of charge. Petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2019.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
