JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 259/2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 380, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the pregnant daughter of informant by leg, fists and slaps. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioner no. 2 happens to be brother of informant and there was some altercation with respect to family dispute and they have falsely been implicated in this case.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No. 259/2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
