ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 3 12-02-2025 Without going into the merits and merits of this case the petitioner is having an efficacious and alternative remedy of filing an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003, against the final assessment order made, the Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition.

2. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner is entitled to raise all issues before the said authority and the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law.

3. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
