2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 382, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a/26/27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons demanded extortion money(Rangdari) of Rs. 5,000/- and on refusal, the petitioner shot at the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence and the petitioner is in custody since 28.01.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
