2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 05.08.2025 whereby while granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 313 of 2025, the petitioner was directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to the death of the petitioner's cousin sister who was suffering from cancer, the petitioner couldn't surrender within the stipulated period of time before the learned court below.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75913 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

5. The order dated 05.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45758 of 2025 is modified and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
