2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent nos. 4 and 5 to forward the application of the petitioner for his appointment on compassionate appointment on account of the death of his wife, who was teacher and died in service period on 28.09.2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this connection, petitioner has filed several applications before the concerned authority, but till date, no order has been communicated to the petitioner on his application(s).

4. Considering the nature of grievance, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the concerned respondent i.e. Respondent no. 2/District Education Officer, Siwan within a period of six weeks from today.

5. If such application is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same and pass speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of filing of such application.

6. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
