Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No.632/2021, registered for the offence punishable u/s 363, 365/34 of the IPC and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek
