The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In view of the nature of allegation levelled by the victim, who is 17 years old, in her section 164 Cr.P.C. statement that the petitioner took her to Delhi and kept her for a month and then she returned home, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without
