2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 85/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26/35 Arms Act.

3. The petitioner was caught planning a loot and one country made pistol and money has been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 07.04.2023.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Dighwara police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
