The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of arms from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather it is recovered from the co-accused Bihari Rai. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in jail custody since 22.04.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
