2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 401 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been arrested on the spot with one live cartridge, one master key and one mobile phone.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has been arrested on the spot with stolen motorcycle. He further submits that the stolen motorcycle

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai/concerned court in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024.

6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Begusarai Town Police Station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
