Learned counsel for the petitioner after some argument seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file show cause before the inquiry officer from jail and also to pray for stay of the departmental proceeding during the period of his incarceration in the jail on the ground that he could not be able to defend his case till he is in custody. Prayer is allowed. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
