Patna High Court CWJC No.21158 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 Shahkund, Bhagalpur for redressal of his grievances regarding removal of encroachment made over the public land. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty. It is needless to state that in case, a complaint is filed under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and it is found to be maintainable, the Circle Officer concerned shall initiate necessary encroachment proceedings and take it to its logical conclusion under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.
